Saturday afternoon at Røvær. A stiff breeze from the north-west makes it chilly, but the sun helps 🙂 Røvær is a small community with about 85 people. There is good communication to Haugesund with a passenger boat. A new nursery school is being built and there is primary school up to class 10, with 14 pupils this year. That is 1,4 per year 🙂 The roads are narrow and not built for motorised traffic, but then there are not many cars either. You can walk from one side to the other in minutes. A beautiful place, with a perfect harbour, and a visitors’ marina with good facilities. Fishing seems to employ at least some, to judge by what I see.
